- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. I ordered my birth certificate online via vitalchek on 04/16/17. Paid additional fees for expedited shipping. It is now 04/24/17. No birth certificate received. Line is buy every time you call. I have had 2 separate employees lie to me on Wednesdays stating they will have my BC out in the mail and I should receive it on Friday. Was told that last Wednesday. Guess What?!? Still haven't received it. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL government office I have ever dealt with. I live out of state and I am trying to obtain my passport before traveling out of country this summer. Was also told IF i CAN find someone to go in the office for me and pick up I will have to pay ALL OVER AGAIN. UNACCEPTABLE.By Dedra Snowden, April 25, 2017
