- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Drive thru customer service is horrible. I had ask three times for a deposit slip and then when I finally got my deposit receipt back, it was from someone else's account. Then, when I told them I had received the wrong one, I didn't get an apology or anything. Just told me to put the other slip back before she would give me the slip to my account. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I strongly dislike this Bank! If I can go below one star I would. One star is way to generous for this Bank! Every time I try to go there for something. They always want me to take off my hat. Always thinking that someone is going to rob there Bank! I came there on two occasions.the first I have came I was going to open me a new account, with $20,000. They didn't let me in the bank because I didn't take off my hat. I feel very insecure about taking off my hat since I have a bald spot on my head. I fell that a bank should make there new customers feel at home and welcome. This Bank made me feel like a criminal right before I walked through the door. I will never do business with this Bank. I have given them another chance at it two years later and they blew it, when I was checking to see if they had a public notary. They did the very same crap they have done two years ago. I have told the woman I will never Bank at this Bank every again. This was is 2011. I am now banking at, First Security Bank. Every location I have been to never asked me to take off my hat and they always treat me like a customer and not a criminal...
