  The black lady there that parads hereself as the supervisor is not only RUDE but an absolute ignorant fool, i bet a fool at 40 is a fool for life, she does not know and does not know that she does not know a total ignoramus who cannot even interprete a simple legel document, meanwhile never take any out of state document or anything at all a three year old will not understsnd because you will be wasting your time, you will see them trembling physically at an unusual document no knowledge of what to do and too arogant to learn, they should all go back to traning or replaced with new staff or the location be shut down.

  I usually have an okay experience at this location. But my most recent visit was not okay. This black woman (in her late 40's) that called my number asked to see the actual ticket number! I didn't see any other people being ask for their ticket. When I asked if my paperwork had come in, she asked "What paperwork?" Didn't bother to ask me my name or anything and then murmured under her breath about I'm not a mind reader or something. She was very very very rude and was no help whatsoever. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have asked to see her supervisor.

  To call these people incompetent would be a compliment. I had to argue and call the district manager in order for the DMV employee, Eric, to not charge me full sales tax on my vehicle instead of the price difference of the trade in. He initially charged me $1,000 more than it should have been and wouldn't listen when I explained that it's not supposed to work like that. I was right in the end, but not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." He acted as if he had done nothing wrong. These people are unaccountable and their attitudes show it. Update* - I found out that they routinely don't update your voter registration. I updated it in February when renewing my license only to find out they never actually turned in the paperwork. I was told by the Arkansas Election Commission that this happens often.
