- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wanted to make change for $120. They asked if I had an account. I do and have for 20 years. They asked personal or business I asked why that was relevant. They said they charge businesses. I said my account is personal. They the said to make change they would charge. I said fine. They then asked what the change was for I said not relevant. They then refuse to make change. I am going first thing tomorrow to close my three account with you and take it else where. This bank never does anything for their customers unless your opening an account or getting a loan or CREDIT card. You may be the largest bank in Arkansas but I deal with a huge majority of your customers on a daily basis. I will tell them all of the transaction and the new bank I was about to switch to.By Chase Van Hoose, November 26, 2016
