- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have talked to Tim a total of 2 times since my policy began in July 2015. He has not answered any phone calls or respond to emails. I have been trying to get a hold of him for months sending emails and at temping to leave voicemail - his mailbox is full 100% of the time. I received a response a couple of months ago about funds that I am owed and that they were sending me a check the next business day. I never got a check in the mail, never got another phone call, never got a SINGLE RESPONSE since that phone call. I have since been turned over to collections for $69 when Allstate has failed to refund me over $300! I have been adamant about getting this resolved but there is ZERO communication or effort on Timothy Allison's part. I would definitely look elsewhere.By Brandon Kiefer, January 10, 2017
