  I wish you could give a place zero Stars because when you walk in and they say no cell phones and they call someone out the person in front of me because he was explaining to his wife that he was standing in line and had been for the last 30 minutes and they say you have to leave no cell phones and then the post office wonders why they're losing business to FedEx and UPS it has to do with customer service first of all you don't dictate to your customer what they can or cannot do when it is legal you treat your customer with respect not like you're the only person in town that can help them. If the post office truly wants to become competitive in the 21st century they need to learn what customer service is they need to quit hiring people with an entitlement attitude. They need to service their customer if a customer's been standing in line for 30 minutes and it's having a brief conversation on their phone not holding up the line or holding up service in any way shape or form then let it go. In all honesty I don't see the post office staying in business another 10 years without being bailed out by the federal government because if I hadn't had to send my taxes in I wouldn't have been there they had four employees and only one working the register. And this was on the Monday following April 15th. You would think I'm the busiest mailing day of the year they would have more than one person working registers all day long.

  Just because you don't have mail to drop off doesn't mean I'm not sending anything!! You skipped me for 3 days now and I have 10 days to respond to the ppl I'm trying to get the lazy add mail man to pick up......72209
