- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I Usually don't leave a review , but every since I have started banking with telcoe federal credit union , I have been having MAJOR problems!! From having trouble logging in to my app , having card issues to where I had money on my card & it still would not go through , just the whole nine yards‼️ I am currently looking for a new bank as we speak because this is ridiculous!! I am trying to log onto my app right now because I got paid this evening & I can't even get in touch with ANYONE!! Customer service or anything !! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't put your money here for savings My husband opened an account 4 years ago and we thought the money was safe. Then yesterday, after not receiving a statement in over 2 years, we get a notice that the account was closed It had been eaten up by egregious so-called dormant fees. With no notice whatsoever. I thought you were supposed to leave savings alone And no we weren't putting any more money in it because my husband got laid off The working man can't win.
