- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They made a mistake calling me. I understood that however when I asked the first agent about what business or organization they were calling from they did not give me a direct reply to that question and requested that I disregard and hung up immediately. The second agent was not like a professional when it comes to communication. I noticed how the second agent would talk over me while I was trying to say I was concerned and wanted to clarify which service was calling me .
