- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Since 2012, my husband and I have been buying our jewelry at Cecil's. the ladies there bend over backward to help you in any way they can, possibly. I've never been disappointed with them or their work. Fine jewelry and exquisite diamonds, you can ALWAYS count on. Before buying from anywhere else give Cecil's a try. I like unusual things, not the run of the mill, ordinary, and they will go to extreme lengths to find you what you are looking for. There are a lot of different semi precious gemstones out there and u need to buy a book and read up on it before beginning your shopping experience!
