- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I HAD A BLAST!!! I recently took the basic rider safety course... I have NO COMPLAINTS! My two coaches (Lloyd and Ed) are a couple of old school riders. "What Does that Mean?" It means that they are OVER QUALIFIED, underpaid, RESPECTABLE PROFESSIONALS with a VAST AMOUNT OF PATIENCE. ( DON'T TEST IT.) If you show up for class with a chip on your shoulder and a fat head, you are going to have a bad time! My suggestion for persons looking to take a class with them... ARRIVE EARLY! BE RESPECTFUL! TURN YOUR PHONE TO SILENT DURING CLASS! If you make a mistake, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE CODDLED. TAKE CRITIQUE LIKE AN ADULT... KEEP A GOOD MENTAL ATTITUDE! (BE PREPAIRED TO LAUGH AT YOUR MISTAKES.)
