- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to cash my check the bankers were chit chatting about their personal life with some customers. Then I had to wait because the other bank teller decided to talk on the phone and took a while with no customer waiting for answer. Definitely no professional experience from the tellers and they are definitely not there to help the customers. I didn't argue but will definitely try to write my comment to corporate to check the employers they have on this branch. I am not paying bank of america to get rude service and not be helped because the tellers decided to talk on the phone or have a personal conversation with one of the customers that they might know.By Jessie Hdz, September 18, 2017
